A non-refundable commitment fee of KES 5,000 is required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from your total service cost. The commitment fee ensures your event date is reserved and allows us to prepare for your specific requirements.
Booking Policy
5-Day Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made at least 5 days before the event date
- Last-minute bookings (less than 5 days) may incur additional charges
- Changes to booking details must be made at least 3 days before the event
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event may forfeit the commitment fee
- Event date changes are subject to availability
Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
- Commitment fee of KES 5,000 required upon booking confirmation
- 50% of total payment due 7 days before event
- Remaining balance due on event day before service commencement
- All payments non-refundable unless cancelled 7+ days before event
Service Terms
- Client must provide access to event venue at agreed time
- Client responsible for obtaining necessary event permits
- FMS reserves right to refuse service for safety concerns
- Additional charges may apply for events outside Ruaka area
Liability
- FMS not liable for food allergies - client must inform in advance
- FMS not responsible for venue-related issues
- Client responsible for guest conduct during event
- Force majeure events may result in rescheduling
Agreement
By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms and conditions. FMS reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
